Visit to SurajGarh Farms
Sometimes you need to step outside, get some air, remind yourself of who you are.......
Picnics and outings are a way to unwind and rejuvenate our minds and spirits. They provide the much needed opportunity to reverberate enthusiasm and positivity which is vital to ensure our regular routines to fall in place. Keeping this in mind, DPSG PV took the initiative to make the students explore the simplicity of the countryside through a visit to Surajgarh Farms. Exquisitely decorated with local art and craft , it was a fun-filled outing where the students of classes IX, X & XII along with their teachers experienced authentic rural and cultural heritage.
students received a warm welcome in traditional style by the customary tilak and
refreshing lemonade. The students enjoyed a host of activities like
camel cart ride, bullock cart and tractor ride. Equally fascinating was the
exposure to the long forgotten traditional games. The students tested their
stamina and skill at numerous adventure sports as crossing the Burma Bridge,
crawling over the Commando Net, balancing over the beam and the rope
ladder. The scrumptious food and foot
tapping music in the DJ arena made the visit a memorable one. It was a unique way to go “Desi” and still be
trendy at Surajgarh Farms
